The American Life bring forth a unique sound that blends the best elements of pop/punk, synth-rock, and dance rock music. The band officially began in the spring of 2007 and with writing and recording being their primary focus, they immediately jumped into action and began the writing process that would later become there debut album "All The Things I've Grown To Miss." The American Life's self recorded and self produced debut, which was released in 2008, is a powerful rock album with thick guitars, energetic synth lines, pulsating drums, anthem lyrics, and catchy melodies that beg the listener to sing along. Upon the albums release in 2008 the band was also fortunate enough to be able to release the album in Japan through Kick Rock Music in September. In April '08, the band made their way to Atlanta, GA to enlist the help of some of todays greatest producers in the pop/rock industry, Zach Odom and Kenneth Mount (All Time Low, Hit The Lights, Cartel, Mayday Parade, Every Avenue).
