As for her and Without Walls helping out orphanages and such, her 2006 financial report shows otherwise. That's why people (including congress) are asking specific questions about her lavish spending; the Bentley gift is just a small example.
Total revenue for 2006 = $40M. "Missions and outreach" = $8.7M. The bulk of it goes to "church growth." Aren't these mega-ministries big enough? Most of your offering just makes her richer.
