Actually yule or jól isn't a religious holiday. It is a celebration of the sun returning to it's summer orbit. As a heathen man I choose to celebrate it with my family on christmas, but the ásatrú pagans here have a blót on the day of the solstice. Christmas is for Christians, yule is for everybody.

Happy new year. Hope you had a good yule. As I watch videos about US, middle eastern or Icelandic politics, I can't help thinking that when all hope is gone, a good sense of humour is what we need to survive. The world doesn't have to make sense. Cheers.

Hello my dear friend, it has been quite some time since we've talked. I've been far too busy lately (thesis proposal and research), and I haven't really had time to catch up on my emails.

My health has deteriorated slightly. My skin is reacting very badly to the particles in the air.. it's a bit annoying.

Otherwise I am doing very well. I haven't had as much time to meditate as I would like. Things should slow down soon, and that will be nice. Some recuperation time.

I stopped taking my colloidal silver, maybe that's why I am having these reactions. I wish I knew what to do to get rid of this stuff.
