This is an inclusive center which accepts children with disabilities and offers educational and various therapys to help them achieve the most they can. The best job I have ever had, with the least pay,which just goes to show where our society places their values, eg: athletes, actors, entertainers). I work with the little ones (8 months to 20 months)this is the age where brain development is at its most accelerated so children need caregivers who are also teachers.
