If your making fun of America using stereotypes, then I don't know why. Americans are usually smart, except there are also the idiot ones. Some people just don't study the world, which is not just America. What's next, Canada? You going to ask how many people are stupid in this world? Well, there's tons of people that don't know answers. Oh, and the Berlin wall was in frickin' Germany.

Americans aren't dumb. as a nation I do love them but the argument over doctors and higher health care. yes you probably have world class doctors. but that comes at a price and unfortunately its a price the majority of American citizens can't pay. yes you have insurance but the companies running it are in it for profit so will find any and every reason to refuse paying. When you have a health service that is equal in all things then you will have something to be proud of.

We have a lot of international people who come to our hospital to have a transplant or anything invasive, because their European medical coverage is socialized and they don't have a choice when they can be seen. To wait 3 years for a liver transplant is unheard of here (in my town). On average, it's a lot faster than that. There are some who wait a long time. But why would these Europeans come to us? They complain that the medical care there sucks. We have well trained physicians and a higher standard of care here (in my town). Ask your STUPID questions to one of these doctors....bet they can answer almost all of them...why is it that a lot of medical students come to the US for an education? Or intern at our hospital. I mean, if we're THAT stupid....wouldn't you think that SOMEONE would catch on and now come here? DUH??

america has one of the best doctors in the world and people from all over the world comes to america to get treatment and what do other people do critise them!
