I'd be happy to help you with your fluid Simulation! All you need to do, is select the Fluid object, and subsurf it by hitting f9 (or clicking on the editing tab in the buttons window) and click add modifier (this can only be done in object mode) Then click subsurf. Select Catmull clark for the type (this should already be selected though) and select your Levels and render levels. After that just hit set smooth!
