I'm a str8 up 90's throwback everybody that knows me knows that. So I can sit here and knock on most of the new stuff thats all over the radio stations and TV and give you a million reasons why its ruining the culture and its reputation, but I can bet you all already know those reasons anyway. My opinion is that it doesn't make much sense to hate on the rappers because all they're doing is just being themselves and reppin' their spot. But I am gonna point the finger at a few other people mainly the punk record companies, radio stations and tv channels that are pushin' nothing but this type of rap on the newer generation who rely on those sources for new music so we can't really blame the fans too much either. I'm really the most disappointed by some of the old school artists that have abandoned their roots and adopted a new style that's the current trend hoping to appeal to the masses. So until radio and tv starts taking some chances by having a more diverse playlist all the new up and coming artists with some substance don't have much of a chance at getting the recognition they deserve. So let these fools know what you want to hear and that we're takin' the culture back.
