You buy "fluff" when you buy stocks: and the fluff gets carved off when these insiders know what happens next, and you dont.

Same with home values; they will never recover to the prices they were; will never come close because the pool of buyers has shrunk, real interest rates are at multi year highs, far less speculation because they got burned, far more damaged credit reports, and far more walk aways as the prices continue to decline and buyer realize the prices wont come back perhaps for many years and they are tired of throwing away money. Maybe their job is is on the edge; maybe they start hoarding on credit cards which is the next major shoe to drop. Maybe they stop buying all together. ,




The currency will have to be inflated in this environment? Imagine the damage that will be done to the dollar long term..
