Personal Favorite F.A.Q:
Who do you think is the Woman In Tube in RE5?

Answer: Well its between 3 people, obviously its a Female, so its between Jill, Sherry, and Ada.
It can't be Jill, because she escaped Raccoon city with Carlos, and re-united with Chris later on. Its possible but i doubt it, only thing linking Jill to the Tube is what Wesker said himself quoting "Jill, i hope you lived long enough for us to have ourselves a tear filled reunion". I doubt its jill.

Its possible its sherry, (which everyone seems to believe, including myself at one point) only because shes a adult now, and based on Wesker's Report "there's something about this little girl", shows he has plans for her.

For the third possible choice, I believe the woman is Ada Wong, based on comparing her eyes, eyebrows, hair, nose, and Storyline. She fits it the best...Ada betrayed Wesker in Resident Evil 4, therefore she knew he'd come looking for her, My guess, is he succeeded, captured her, and to settle the score, using Ada as his guinea pig.

(The studies for biological weapons in my opinion is just to create the perfect soldier, 100% obedient, 100% loyal, No personal interest or emotional interference while doing its mission.)

The point of This is to show the purpose in creating the B.O.W.S is to create the Perfect soldier or weapon, but also trying to find a way to control humans. If they can manipulate Tyrants, eventually it shouldn't take long for them to figure out how to manipulate a human. Based on the Resident Evil 5 pictures, This is clearly my opinion, take it how you want, but Ada wong is already accounted for in Resident Evil 5, maybe Wesker figured out how to Manipulate humans and using Ada as his guinea pig to settle the score.
